Dr. Derr currently serves as the Director of the Organizational Leadership Psychology Doctoral program for William James College and serves on the board for LGBTQ Boston Senior Housing Inc. She holds a PsyD in Leadership Psychology, an MEd in Counseling Psychology, a BS in Human Services and is International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited with certifications in Leadership and Performance Coaching (ACT) and CliftonStrenghts Coaching.
Dr. Derr has over 20 years of experience in Non-profit Leadership, Mental Health and Trauma Counseling, Human Resources, and Crisis Intervention. Her interests include: Mentorship, Neurodiversity, Emotional Intelligence, Bias Work, Team Resilience, Group Relations, Adaptive, Shared and Inclusive Leadership, Racial Healing, and Restorative Justice.
Dr. Wedaman is an organizational psychologist, developmental coach, and teacher, with backgrounds in higher education, nonprofit administration, and innovative leadership development. His interests include adult development, adaptive change, assessment, collaboration, learning, innovation, decision making, leadership development, systems thinking, and emergent processes.
Dr. Wedaman is an adjunct faculty member in the Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department at William James College. He is certified in Immunity to Change and Lectica adult developmental programs and co-teaches Lectica adult development assessment courses. Recently he has coached at Harvard Business School Executive Education, created an innovative leadership development platform for emerging Food Bank leaders, developed a cutting-edge assessment of organizational health for software development communities, and helped resolve interpersonal and structural conflicts in organizational transitions in library and IT contexts.
Ms. Slayton is an organizational development consultant and HR practitioner. She specializes in talent strategy consulting, recruiting, and project management. Rachel has worked with a diverse range of organizations including early-stage startups, non-profits, and higher education institutions. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from Brandeis University and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from William James College.

Isaac Rodriguez is a skilled leader and facilitator with a proven track record in driving organizational success through exceptional leadership and bilingual communication. Serving most recently, as the Director of F.O.G. at South Plains Food Bank, Isaac excels in guiding teams to achieve strategic goals, fostering a collaborative environment, and enhancing operational efficiency. His ability to mentor and support staff, combined with his fluency in both Spanish and English, allows him to effectively bridge communication gaps and build strong relationships across diverse teams. He holds a B.S. in Human Services.
Isaac's facilitation skills are instrumental in coordinating cross-departmental efforts and implementing systems to track progress on key initiatives.
